Bubs First reserve the right to assess the condition and age of goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. Given the nature of the product, we do not replace or refund after three months of purchase. Please contact hello@bubsfirst.com.au for further information.
